I was sold a particle board cot under the pretext that it was an mdfbed. When i found out during assembly, i was:
1. Lied to by the sales person mr. Bhuvanesh (A;warpet, chennai) that i had misunderstood
2. Lied to by the furniture supervisor that they would replace after i found an alternative, and then tried to pawn me off on the cust servc number
3. After escalating to the manager abu, i was told i would be given a replacement
4. After waiting 3 days and taking the return, i am told the replacement cot is no longer on sale
5. If i want a refund, i have to wait 20 days
