My name is Suryanarayanan Complained about more than 10 times to the customer care of this company no response from the concern team or the department.I have been complaining for no signal and wireless interface connection failed. Reason : The specific network is not available for about a month this problem is more than 70 times same problem for tikona connection.My complain nos are[protected] dt 05.08.2010, but no one has bothered to attend the complain.Every time they promise to rectify the problem within 24 hours but 24 days has already passed.
