[Resolved] Living Media India Ltd., India Today Book Club, B-47, Indira Enclave, Neb Sarai, New Delhi 110068 — paid the money but didnt receive the gift, it more then 2 months | |
i have ordered my gift on 15 feb, & made a payment by credit card of Rs. 2800. now its more than 2 months we have not received the order. After 2 weeks they have told me that i have not placed any order and they want my credit cared statement. i mailed me statement more than 3 times but even then there were no response. Then they booked my order again on 22 march and promised to deliver my order within 7 days. now its more then 15 days, everybody have a same statement that ull receive your order within this week. every time they say same line & same word. i had a word with Azim & Jitender Floor Supervisor & lots of Executive everybody have same words to say. thay have told me to mail the problem on there email-id and they told me that ill get response within 24 hrs. but now lots of 24 hrs are gone there is no response. I dont know when ill get my order, but this mail gonna help other people to save there money & time NEVER BOOK ANY THING FROM TIMES OF INDIA. Was this information helpful? | |

Hi Booked a Sun Glasses o[censored]nited Colors of Benetton for 598, I received it today evening the problem i am facing with the sun glasses is that it is not in proper shape. The box is also looking damaged it seems the Sun Glasses are not in proper shaped due to the negligence of Speed post they have not kept the package in proper way so i want to exchange this Sun Glasses with the new one so please help me.
