Gas no.9418 has been booked wid u since last 10 days. we have still not received the gas cylinder. please send it soon at 2660/h sainik colony, sector 49, faridabadvery urgently required. hope u take the action soon.
NON DELIVERY OF REFILL
I booked a refill on 09-02-11 on phone number [protected]. My booking connection number is 25121 . Thereafter I am making reminder calls every alternate day but the supply of the refill has not been made till yet causing thereby a great hardship.

Dear Concerned,Myself Lalan Kumar, I booked LPG on 8th May 2011 as every month i do but till now it is not delivered to my address. My booking number is 3431135 and connection number is 647867.I have taken connection of HP gas.

LPG Cylinder Delivery — Non Delivery of
My Indane Gas Consumer No.22967. I had booked a refill in the 24 HRS online Indane Refill booking System. I Had got a confirmation from this system with my booking reference No.238999 and My Indane refill Delivery Bill No.11832 on my mobile. When I did not recieve the refill 10days after reciept of the above bill no. I contacted the respected supply agent Ie. Jeevan Gas Agency. I get a repeated reply that the refill will be delivered by the evening of the enquiry day. This is going on for the past 5 days and i have not recieved the delivery of the LPG refill till this minute. ie. 4.00pm 09/08/2011.LPG Cylinder — extra charge
Sir, i am a customer of Ashirvad Gas Service ,Sitapur . The Gas Agency was not giving LPG cylinder from last 4 months and saying that your paper is not renued .My LPG connection date is 13 Aug 2010 .saying that the renuel charges is Rs 50 .There is no any billing for that chargas.So,I request u to please take strong action against that gas agency.

I have booked my LPG reffile vide registered booking ref.no.310651 dated 31/03/2012 of my consumer no.DGS12876A.The delear M/s Dangawal Gas Service has delivered the reffile booking up to 07/04/2012,But I have not received any cylendre against my above reffile booking till date.The same thing is repeating mostly in every reffile booking.Therefore it is requested kindly look in to matter and do needfull action pl.

sir this is AJAY CH. sir i have an complaint about that the worker which doesn't supply cylinder witin time. they take 2 to 3 months for there delivery of cylinder. if they have a cylinder to they deliver a cylinder another person to take extra charges. sir in gas station when we are talk to mr. rajeev mob.no: [protected] incharge of gas station they said "do what are u do" i am not deliver cylinder you to with in time.sir i am requesting to solve my problem. sir plz take an hard action to incharges of gas stations incharge.they deliver a cylinder with in time

I am holding LPG
Gas connection No AG 2405 by my name Mrs Tripta Sharma ,E-61 Bali Nagar New Delhi-110015
at M/S Ashu Gas Agency at Rajouri Garden,
I am an old Senior Citizen of Delhi and this connection is about 40 Years old and has been maintained properly.Since last 8 months the agency is disturbing us in supply of gas cylinder and every time when i book the cylinder ask me for varification documents and which has alreday been submitted since last 4 months earlier with my quite 2 visits,
Their telephone booking call centere again ask me for Documents and which has already been submitted by last month again with self attested at the agency but when i booked my gas this week thay again ask for Verification documents and said your connection is on hold again, need to submitte the varification documents.
I do not understand their varification documents asking every time.
I am widow an old lady can not move and every time ask some ones help for the same processing . Do you think is a right way to deal.
It is very much understand they,this agency, knows that i am an old lady and can not book my gas quickly and black my gas cylinder and gaining time for next cylinder to book so that they can again misuse my gas no.
When ever i ask for to talk to the owner Mr Sharma, they says is not available.
Once i happens to talk to the owner Mr Sharma and i ask for booking and requested my complain and he himself says, DO WAHT SO EVER YOU WANT TO DO?Is this the right answer to deal with costmor ?
Suggessions
Do you have any training centre to trained these kinds of people how to deal with custmors.
It looks like we are living an era of jungle and not the Internet world.?
Before upgrading your system please ask your agencies to be please with custmors.
May be they have much more custmore then their capacity to deals with.
REQUEST
In this regards i would again request you to get install my above mentioned gas cylinder ASAP so that i could cook my feed for my rest of life.
