My consumer no. is 642581 and i'd booked the no. on 6thFeb'09 but till date i've not yet recd. the delivery. I don't know what exactly the problem is with HP but i think HP is unable to give proper service to the customers which is bad for their reputation.

I've been calling continously to their CS team In Kolbad, Thane (Soham Gas Service) but they are not able to help me out. Its been 2 weeks since i've booked the no. but still i've not yet recd. the delivery. Hope that at least after reading this some concerned personnel from HP would be able to understand the problem we customers are facing.

l have ISI mark Shegadi but my nearest distributor agent insisting to buy new Shegadi from his shop, pl clearify is it compulsory to buy .

LPG Cylinder — delayed registration,much delayed supply

I have registered with J.B.R.Indane Gas Agency, 12, Trichy Main Road, Seelanaickenpatti, Salem.636201.My customer number is D0013635.They refused to book for refills before 30 days from last supply.After that they give delivery of cylinders after 22 days from the date of booking.If we ask any question they simply say that no load has come.If it comes ontime we will give delivery.This month we have to take food from outside.Without lpg gas how can we run the family?I want to know the actual time of booking from the date of last supply and the waiting period for delivery of refill?Kindly clarify my doubts.Because of this abnormal delay many people have to suffer a lot.

This is a regular feature, which the customer faces from Nihal Gas Services.

I have to say that I am a custumer of "Bharat gas agencies, (Sree venkiteswara Gas Agencies), Thrissur, Kerala" & my consumer No.7247.I have not got gas cylinder which has booked on 6.05.09 even after 39 days of last delvery on 18.04.09. My both cylindres are emty so that the cooking is very much affected. we have reminded them many times after booking but no use. The employee of the agency is always saying that we would send today or tomorrow but there is no sending.

so, I request you to take a serious action against the agency

cylinder — NON DELIVERY- cylinder

Hello,
I am the customer of Bharat Gas of Tirupathi Gas Service, Bhayandar (E), Thane.
I had booked cylinder on 4th august and today is 29 august till date it's not delivered to us.

They makes the booking after the 20 days of each delivery and they takes the 30 days to supply it. So it is not possible to us manage.

I did complaint by person visit 3 to 4 time but every time they were replied, it will deliver within three day's.

I applied for new gas connection one month before but till know i am not geting any response from ncr bhiwadi gas agency.

LPG Cylinder — delay in receipt of LPG Cylinder

I am having Bharat gas connection & My conumesr No. is 19470.
Since Dec.2008 every time we book for LPG Cylinder with my Bharat gas distributor M/s Garagtti Agencies Hubli i have been made to wait inordinately ( between 02 weeks to 05 weeks ) for the delivery of the cylinder. My repeated enquiries in person & over phone would yield only stale assurances like "will send tomorrow" etc.
I am really fed with the false information being given by the contact persons at M/s Garagtti Agencies,hubli and delay in delivery of cylinders.
I hope the concerned authorities will take serious notice and ensure that the delivery system of LPG cylinders is streamlined at the earliest.

I have LPG connection at M/S Raghu Gas Service, 28-29, Kamla Nehru Market, Khandsa Road, Gurgaon - Code no[protected], consumer connection no. 32376

1. It is very difficult to get the gas booked because no body pick-up the phone and for booking only option left is to go personnally and get the gas booked.

2. Every time whether its winter or summer, they take minimum one month for delivery of refilled cylinder.

3. The weight of the cylinder is always less than what is written on the cylinder i.e cylinder weight + gas weight and when we complaint this to delivery person, he gives reply like this "lano ho la lo asa hi milega" in a very rude way.

4. This problem I am facing for the last four year and no body is ready to listen the problem at dealership.

You are requested to kindly look into the matter and do the needful urgently to solve this problem.

An earlier action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

Sir/Madam,

I am a customer of M/s Paramveer gas Service situated at Bathinda (Punjab) vide Consumer No. 15424.

I always face problems with this gas agency for supply of LPG gas cylinder in time. Whenever I book my cylinder on phone, they confirm the booking and when I follow-up the case after 3-4 days, they disclose that cylinder is not yet booked and can be done today only. They indulge in black marketing of LPG cylinders openly.

This is not a one time problem rather they have developed a habit doing this.

My BPCL consumer no is: R33116.

I had booked my LPG cylinder on 1st June-2010 using online booking from BPCL site. Till date i have not recieved my cylinder as per the online staus my cylinder is delivered on 17th-june but i hav't recieved any till date. I am trying to speak to my gas dealer but noone is picking up my phone on the number provoided. I also tried to call BPCL helpline no.23324847 but it is also not responding. This is not the first time i am facing this problem with Vijay Gas Agency. I request you to please forward this complaint to concerned department & help me solving my problem. If BPCL is not able to execute orders placed online then why they are providing this service to customer. This is shere non-sense, wastage of time & energy.

I have booked doestic gas cylider refill with the reference number, 3615374 with Revathy gas agnecies in Hyderabad on 4th Oct. It was not delivered to me till now (25th Oct), but it was updated in the system that delivery date as 9th Oct and status as C (cancelled?). They are not picking up the landline numbers, sms for refil facility is not working. This is the worst ever service.
