Sir,
I am S. Sugavanam, my PS No. 82837 & 10008315, who has worked at L&T for the past 12 Yrs, i left the concern during June 2009. After joining the new concern, i submitted the transfer form to the existing employer, but till date my PF amount not got transferred to my new account from L&T.
In this regard, i have send two mails, but no reply from them. Requesting you to kindly look in to this and advise me what to do further. Kindly require your opinion to whom i have to contact either at L&T nor at PF office.

With reference to the above I the wife of late Dr. Chandrakanth Puranik who was working as a Medical Officer in ACW, Ultratech Cement Ltd Awrapaur Post Dist. Chandrapur cement unit.
His working period from June-1990 to October-1990. My husband expired on[protected] due to seveior hart attack while working in your company. From his expire date to till today we have not contacted your company regarding the death claim benefits of my husband, and also not applied for any of the benefits, because we were settled in Karnataka in Belgaum District.
In this regard we addressed a letter to The Vice President ACW, Ultratech Cement Ltd and conversations over phone to the H.R. Department of ACW, Ultratech Cement Ltd, they are advised the old records of employees working at Awrapur unit are handed over to Shard Service Centre Mumbai. The direction of the .Company, now we are contacting you to please co-operate in this matter and may please be sanctioned the benefits such as family pension (Provident Fund), gratuity, leave encashment, & other benefits etc., and job to a family member in your esteem organisation.
But now our financial condition is very critical, i am suffering from joint pain problems & Romatis Airthratis so my knee replacement operation is very essential as per Doctor suggestion. But I am alone & unable to come over there to make it possible because of my ill health.
Hence once again my humble request to your kind self to provide the financial benefits which are eligible to my husband. As per company rules so kindly do the needful in this regard and all correspondence will be made to the above mentioned address & e-mail id & oblige.
