LARSEN AND TURBO (L&T) INFOTECH CHEATING EMPLOYEES
L&T infotech recruits resources from Bangalore location by informing that the posting is in Banglore and after joining they force to relocate in Mumbai/Chennai. They won’t give any consideration for even married employees.
Even if you agree that, initially they will tell that, they will be giving deputation allowance. But within 1 months they will make it as transfer.
So, for married employees whose spouse is working in bangalore they have to spend accommodation expence in both bangalore and mumbai/chennai apart from that additional food expenses as well.
Ideally, by deducting these additional expenses, you will be getting the same package what you earn from your old company...and you will be missing your family.

I am also facing problem to getting transfer of my PF
I have been waiting for more than a year for my PF to get transferred, and its been kept on dragging and its not proceeding further.

I am facing a lot of Issue to transfer my PF. Initially, my basic details including Mr/Ms title is not updated correctly in the portal. bTo rectify that, it took almost 2 months! Now, once I tot it was clear road for me to transfer online, my employer told me they have not updated my Joining date so I am not able to transfer. Again, 1000 follow-up email and calls, which were just on hold more than 10minutes (saying executives are busy).
I troubled my ex-colleagues in Bangalore to talk to the department and sort my issue, which also was in vain. PF team is in Mumbai and no one here in Bangalore office helps!
Finally, somehow I got those details updated by them correctly. Then, one more twist, instead of PF number they have updated EPS number in the portal. If I input my EPF number to transfer, its not happening, so I tried with EPS number and it worked.
After online submitting, in my Form 13 it shows EPS number as EPF number because they have updated so and I had to input that to transfer.
No faculty is helping on this issue. Its going on and on since 4 months! Please do take some action and help your ex-employees!!
