NAGAR NIGAM — leakage in water pipe line

Dear Sir,
water pipe line is leakage in front my house no7/397 jankipuram extn from oct 2010. I have also written complain lodged in sec 3 jankipuram extn. I told to je Mr S M Yadav about water pipe leakage but problem is still now. nobady came to repir water pipe line leakage.

break of road is dangerous to person coming on the road in front of my house .sever line is overflowing in front of my house. three times complain in jalnigam lucknow.

I am resident of A-1405/4, indiranagar, LUCKNOW-226016.My house is infront of sever
blockage and water.This problem is since last one month.I have complaint many times
to the A.E.satish pandy, and, j.e.DHANIRAM, AT CONVENTION CENTRE, NEAR
MEENA MARKET, INDRA NAGAR.Ther are no response of my complaint and they
always give me promises that aj ho jayega, kal ho jayega.All sever water and garbage
back to my all rooms and kitchen.So my family members are suffering from diarrhoea,
dysentry, and vomiting.
So i request you to take necessary action to resolve this problem.
