[Resolved]  Lucknow RPO — Tatkal passport

I need to understand something here. I applied passport under tatkal scheme on 24th April 2012. My application status as on date is saying police verification report not received. But for tatkal passport police verification is done after passport issueance. It has been 20days now since application was made. What does this mean? Where is the passport stuck.
