I had purchased two 100 sq yd plots and paid Rs 102000/- to lvl city (Dehradun). Can anyone tell under which court's jurisdiction does the company fall and names of the individuals owning the company. I want to start legal proceedings against these people.

I had booked a plot of 100 yards in Dehradun for which I paid Rs 91, 000/- . I wanted to receive my money back as this company is closed now any there is no one to listion about our refund of money paid by us to this company
