[Resolved] M Tech Developers Ltd (Delhi) — Refund of deposits | |||
We paid a deposit for 5 villas in Goa in Dec 2006 to M Tech Developers Ltd. This was booked pre launch. After 18 months it became obvious that they are not going to fulfil their commitment and we requested a refund of the deposit. We have dealt with Mr susheel Vats who their GM of Marketing. Despite all the promises, and after nearly 4 years, they have refunded 1.5 out of 5 deposits but now they seem to ignore all requests. Susheel Vats is in my opinion a disgrace to the company (but no better than Mr Gaurau and Mr amit Jha). They promise but never action the refunds. I would advise anyone thinking of dealing with this company to avoid them if they do not want to have lsot money.
