[Resolved] Madhur Courier Service — Non delivery of document

One of our veri important customer has sent a letter vide docket no[protected] dated 4/4/12 from Ratlam to to Delhi. The document has reached at Madhur courier of Azadpur branch on 6/4/12 as per information shown on Madhur courier website. Despite regular follow ups , the packet is not being delivered and also no proper answer is being given to us by Mr. Ashok & his Receptionist.

Pl. get the packet deliverd immediately.
