[Resolved] Madhur Courier Services — non-delivery of parcel | |
on 29 july we posted rakhi(serial no.[protected] through madhur courier services to chhattisgarh(ambikapur) containing rakhi worth Rs 550.The packet has not yet reached and they are trying to make a fool out o[censored]s by giving so many contact no. and they are saying they are not responsible for the parcel. they should be punished for their irresponsibility . Due to Madhur Courier Service I suffered a loss of around 50 thousand. I did not receive my parcel while this company at Bhiwani had got done the courier but not delivered at my residence at Panchkula. This Courier sent reverted back to Bhiwani due to non-receipt of my document well in time, I had to suffer a loss of around Rs. 50, 000/- which I seek from this company. Please reply and got recovered my loss. This is a fraud Courier Service.

Dear Sir,
As you are proud commercial courier partner of Axis bank, I am a priority customer of axis bank having multiple account with them in Delhi as well as Ambikapur, They have sent one debit card through madhur courier to Barti Kalan, Wadrafnagar by 19th of august 2014.
Madhur courier has updated to Axis Bank that they have delivered the courier to Barti Kalan by 25th of august. whereas No courier have been delivered so far to that address.
while axis bank phone banking has also responded the same delivery message on your feedback.
It is highly unprofessional and unethical approach on your part, since Madhur Courier is a very old and established name in chhattisgarh. very hard to digest this shameful act 'N' response recieved from the Madhur Courier, i don't know who has made the mistake, but i am the ultimate sufferer.
I have already conveyed the concern to Axis bank head office, tried to contact the madhur courier local ambikapur office but not succeeded.
However please trace my packet and deliver the same at the same time don't forget to punish the man who is responsible for...
