Mafoi Management Consultant ltd — PF not received
My PF Number is # TN/35791/75155I have submitted the claim at gurgaon (mafoi Office ) with all my details on November 13th '2010 to a lady
Shweta Sood and she told me that it will get credited to my bank a/c maximum 3-4 months. when i called her to know the status, she said so abruptly she forget send my details to PF office my details was got deleted by backend team.
that was shocked news..
She said she will certainly sending across shortly, she send the details in the April'10 finally for claim. till date i have received any inputs or status of the PF money whether it is in process. when i used to call her she simply says that she will check and revert on this.
Also PF website does not show any things of my claim.
it is going to be 1 year .. i donna what to do now! to who should i approach correct person to ge this done at the earliest. actually i am need of my and PF money is my hope to furnish.
This is very worst experience of my life

Ma foi Management & Consultant Limited — PF not received
My name is Rakesh Kumar. I had submitted the PF form in my previous Employer i.e. M/s Ma-Foi Management Consultants limited on dated 14.04.2010. My EPF No. is TN/35791/134457. Three & half months have passed but I have not received my PF claim till date.When I contacted to Ma-Foi Mgt, they told me that it will take 9 months in withdrawl. I am very upset with their reply as PF withdrawal takes only 1 month from date of submission of form.It seems that Ma-foi Mgt has not submitted the PF form.
Please tell me what action I should take?
