Dear sir,
myself is kaushlya lamkhade customer of maharastra state electricity i am have the electricty mitter fault from March 2008 and i am pay the bill which the mitter show with elctricity whih i uses but in sep 2008 i relaised that the mitter i have some faulty reson so i comlent to electricity they come and check the mitter and they also realised the mitter is in fast, so they given a mitter to us 2nd feb. and we are not pay the bill from dec.2008 and jan 2009 one day one of electrcity person come and cut the eletricty
after cut the electricty i neet mr, patil who is the incharge of netevali, kalyan he says that you have to pay the bill first and then we joint the elctcity conncection they on that basis i paid the Rs.3190
amount they said now from feb.2009 on wards we are chargeing the useses of your which showen in mitter but the same thing happen with me again in nitter readding show lock and the bill pay 2500/-
this is the system happen with a commen man lots, of curuption with the electricity dept, they have on rule to i want to cnovey on thinhg that i am paying from last one year the bill which i am not use, not fight with the system, due to the worst policy of electricty deptment they are going anything listen from a customer they are making full to charging this type of thing
so, pls. take as serious action with the following matter with elctricity dept,

Sir Bhandup village road some unauthiorsed people has taken power without approvel of msed. Power has taken from feeder box infront medico shop located on bhandup village road.There is police booth few meters away from the feedbox. It is govt property.taking power from feederbox without permission, it is vilotion.Necessary action may be taken.Some function carryout today on13/3/09 to 17/3/09.

I stay in Thane and i am one of the thousand people who are having the worst-ever electricity services-MSEB
I dont understand what logic MSEB follows for load shedding.////????
In Winter, when there is not much heat, there was no load shedding
Now in summer, when the heat is unbearable outside, the load shedding adds fuel to fire
Also the timing of load shedding are pathetic.
Also finally, there is no reduction in monthly bills which should be ideally less due to load shedding.
The MSEB officials are least bothered about our sufferings and show no co-operation to consumers.
Overall entire process is a [censored] and time has come for we consumers to think for a good alternative.

I am Rajendra Mane staying in Pimpri.For the month of May-2009 i have received bill of Rs.6800/- after checking it was found that latest reading taken by mseb was wrogn i.e.2879 instead of 2079.they have corrected bill after followup but again for the month of June-2009 i have received bill of Rs.4300/- again same mistake they have done latest reading taken wrong i.e 2879 instead of 2253
When this is going to stop?????????? if any person related to MSEB billing is reading this complaint then they should taken urgent actions

My house is in Karalewadi goan which is 18 KM from Karjat. When I was in mumbai (2006) some of the shop owners with MSEB engr. Extended a 440 V overhead line over my house without any intimation or done purposely for some of the money. MSEB Engr. KADAV commissioned a big electric pole in front my garden. When I came I cant believe this. I wrote a application to Karjat MSEB Asst. Engr. & CC to KADAV Engr. KADAV engr. commented 'I am a new person. I don't know, who has done this'? You please offer me Rs 3000 for shifting this pole. I met MSEB Karjat Asst. Engr. He said 'Once pole is errected then I can't help you' ' You do whatewher you want'. Last 2 years I visited MSEB office but they did not have time. My question is for Engr. mistake why I should offer Rs. 3000 to MSEB Engr.

I was a resident @ Sneh Vihar -II Flat B8/9 DP road Aundh Pune until 18th May 2009.I have been clearing my bills through ECS of Cosmos Bank. I sold my flat on 15th may 2009 & closed my ECS on 31st may.

It is indeed very shocking to get this huge claim. Though regretfully it is cleared because it is understood you do not even undertake a claim prior to the settling of the bill.
Will you be kind enough in investigating it / Having sold the flat I had no option but to clear the bill.
An application for the change of name has also been forwarded by the purchaser Mr N R Tankhiwale.
Shall appreciate your response asap.

Besides my house thereis a floormill, and Lady who is the owner of the Floormill her brother is in the M.S.E.Board so because of him she is doing the crime of stopping the meter when the floormill is going on. And she/her husband they remove the wire from the meter or let it run when the mill is closed. So why because of her brother or all the servents of M.S.E.Board are such only which are supporting to their house members or relatives. And the common man dies filling the light bill and their pockets to do the complaints complete of the members. When ever the ligh bill is not payed within the period the light is cut within 15 days. But when the bill and dues are payed then again we have to pay for reconnection charges. After that the problem is not solved then mans/servents of M.S.E.Board they demand for their pocket money. Why it so??????? Wether the Maharashtra State Electric Board does't give them payment or Sallary for their work, or they are doing the free jobs for peoples "SOCIALWORK".

I am Mohan Reddy, needs your kind attention towards my concerns /complaints. Since the time we have shifted, we have also observed an uncannily high amount being charged per month in the name of the ‘electricity bill’. However several other residents in our colony are getting reasonable bills. As middle class people, we absolutely cannot afford such high bills, especially when our electrical consumption doesn’t even amount to a fraction of what is being charged from us.
There definitely seems to be some manipulation and/or error/ defect as far as the meter is concerned.
The bill has come to a value of Rs 700 to Rs1000, as compare to others of Rs.300/- to 400/-.
CONCERNS
1. BILLS ARE NOT GETTING DISPATCHED, we are not receiving electricity bills so that we can make the payment on timely basis to avoid late payment/penalty
2. WRONG BILLING, if we compare our electricity bills to other people in our society ratio is 1:2, i.e. our bill is exactly the double of others. I am using a refrigerator, TV, 2 Fans, 3CFL bulbs however other people has their motors running day & night but bills comes half of our bill. So please consider my humble request & do the needful help because middle group citizens we cant afford so high bills if possible try to change the meter.

I am been leaving in kharegoan phakdi, kalwa, thane400605.
since November, and i been observing that people over don't pay electricity bill cause they don't have meter, and if any one has its faulty and this know by all your's officials but they don't do anything . if there is a complaint people go to some middle man, and they explain us that if there is no bill then its nice your's are saving your's money,
officials has a good contacts with builders, if we gonna buy a flat, the builders assure us that at least for 2 years u don't have to pay bills, i was surprised that when i asked a shopkeeper about Mseb office to pay bill his answer was he never paid bill he never received a bill, he don't have a meter, he never saw how the bill is, don't u think its really strange to hear form a shopkeeper, where the electricity is used day and night and he also had laundry there he iron cloths, so u can just think how much he might be consuming energy, so please sir do the needful so that every one get benefit of that because your's collection is low in this area that the reason we are been suffering from lots of load shedding about 5.30 hrs daily, it is very simple people living in this area are from middle class working group if yours officials will take responsibility they can easily, can go and change meters, and yours energy which is been stolen can be stop, as per my belief yours collection will rise and you can even think of decreasing the load shedding
