[Resolved] Mahindra Duro — missing sound & weak shocks | |||
Dear Sir, I bought mahindra duro from J.K. motors, Chikmagalur, Karnataka in the month of July 2011. the dealer promised me all kinds of service report and they were friendly. but within the first service, I experienced sounds from the front and rear shock absorbers. i took my vehicle for service and they oiled it up and it was ok for few days. the complaint has not been resolved permanently nor replaced the faulty part. secondly, within the 8 months of purchase, the missing sound has started and again I took it for service and mentioned the complaint. They could not solve it and they started giving false promises of attending to it the next time but after that i have been repeatedly complaining about this and they are telling that the company service people would come an rectify it. This has been repeated several times and I am fed up of this. I request either the company people or the concerned authority to solve my problem at the earliest. Was this information helpful? | |||
