[Resolved] Mahindra & Mahindra Nbs International — Very Very Poor Service | |||
Hi, I'm Jay, possessing 2007 Scorpio CRDe LX which was having some minor issues such as 1.the dashboard's middle AC vent to be replaced, 2. rear foot rest to be replaced completed with a new one, 3. 65000km servicing. So went to do the repair at NBS International which is M & M's own service center at Sewree, and to my surprise the service was horrible. The Service Advisor claimed he has done the job very well but unfortunately not.On the contrary they cheated with me. This incident happened on 7th May,2010. I really dont knwo whether they had done the servicing or not, faulty AC vent was not replaced. Only the upper part of the footrest was replaced and the the whole footrest. Im sorry to say but some action needs to be taken very seriously. Before this the other service centre like Ambition Auto of Mahindra has not done the servicing of my AC Vent as well as regular service and always cry for the spare parts.
