Mahindra Xylo E4 — improper response from your dealer | |||
Dear Sir,Madam, I'm professionally a doctor, got a Xylo E 4 from susee automobiles madurai on june 25th.I have got two complaints to submit regarding the dealer of mahindra. Susee automobiles Madurai. Mailing this after 4 months since i have not any positive / any response so far from ur dealer after my continuous effort. So far they have not issued the duplicate keys to my financier ( Indian overseas Bank ) chatrapatti . In between my busy practise i called susee people many times,they are not responding properly.Telling that they will arrange few days. Now about 4 months lapsed nothing has happened so far. They are blaming the courier company. I have sent written complaint to the manager and MD of concern. I didn't receive an respone even an acknowlegement.I am really worrying about my vehicle while parking since I am having history of losing my prevvious vehicle. 2) The vehicle was delivered to me with few scratches in the front bumper.They told me at that time that they will rectify it at the time tof First service.When the vehicle was sent to the service nobody is responding in this regard.Everybody is simply put responsible on others. But the nothing has happened. The same thing has happened to my neighbour who got a Xylo about 5 months back. They have broken the perfume bottle in y vehicle during service.
