completely shocked with our experience with Mainland China in SoBo Central Mumbai. The loyalty card (preferred customer ) gives a discount as well allows you to redeem against food. First they said their swipe card was not working . Then we questioned that , the manger asked us to fill a new form out saying that it you can use it only after five days. I can understand swipe machine not working and not being able to redeem but then why was the discount not given. When we enquired about that they said no discount on the card ......a complete lie because when we were given the card ....it was stated a discount was available against it. Why have a loyalty programme if you can't manage it and more importantly why lie to customers . Completely unethical and feel cheated
We left paying our bill and returned back the loyalty card. They can probably issue it to for some new soul who can enjoy our experience of being a preferred customer !!! Was this information helpful? |
Hence when we decided to meet for lunch, the venue was mainland China at infinity, malad.we decided to opt for the buffet.
The waiter attending our table to serve the starters was super slow and had to be reminded thrice that all the starters had not been served.
The main course offered was absolutely tasteless and inedible. I am extremely disappointed at this quality and service being offered by a reputed institution as mainland China.
I am pretty sure that neither I nor my friends will ever visit or recommend any of the outlets of mainland China.
