On 13 th Feb we had lunch at Mainland China Ambience mall.Payment was done via Paytm for Rs 809 at 2.11pm and confirmation received from bank as well as paytm. The same was not acknowledged by the Restaurant so another payment was done with the assurance that they will check and refund
Post that a complaint was lodged with paytm also who requested for a written statement from Restuarent
We have been repeatedly following up but till date they have not provided neither any efforts to resolve Was this information helpful? |
