On 13 th Feb we had lunch at Mainland China Ambience mall.Payment was done via Paytm for Rs 809 at 2.11pm and confirmation received from bank as well as paytm. The same was not acknowledged by the Restaurant so another payment was done with the assurance that they will check and refund
Post that a complaint was lodged with paytm also who requested for a written statement from Restuarent

We Visited Ballygunge minto Park Mainland china on 13th October, Kolkata. This is against Mr. Souren who was not at all welcoming and was cold faced right from our entry to exit. We are facing a severe problem of growing problems of overflow of drainage for the last few months in our locality. This overflow in drainage causes the problem of bad odour and leads to growth of mosquitoes which may lead to malaria....

I ordered my food through titbit online and order was accepted by restaurant. I ordered on 22nd nov 8.22pm and food was suppose to be delivered by 9.21pm. At 9.30 i received call from restaurant for delay in delivery because of little rain . I spoke to there manager Mr. Thappa & told him send food by autorikshaw and I will pay the fare money and Mr. Thapa said ok to him and assured me food will be delivered in 30mints. completely shocked with our experience with Mainland China in SoBo Central Mumbai. The loyalty card (preferred customer ) gives a discount as well allows you to redeem against food. First they said their swipe card was not working . Then we questioned that , the manger asked us to fill a new form out saying that it you can use it only after five days.
