Mainland China — Service not delivered properly

we have visited today to kolkata mainland china speciality restaurant in south city mall today in the evening .
we had ordered for Basil flavoured chiken dumplings, pan fried garlic soya noodle with vegetable, Braised chiken in smoked chilli sauce, bhetki chilli oil after speaking to the service mgr /rest mgr for long for enjoying our dinner there after 1 year time. it was found that the food was very blant in taste for all 3 cuisines ( braised chicken in smoked chilio sauce - it was very avg and tasted even worst than street chinese food also the looks and sizes were very small may be 30gm ech pcs whereas they used to be double size before but the price was charged pretty high 510/- for regular that too we were told...it was 9-10 pcs actually 5 avg pcs of chilli chicken in reality with comparison to similar outside, to surprise us the bhetki fish which the charge was higher tha n Bhasa which we had a dialogue before and the service manage r also ensured good taste and remembering food quality of earlier times 2 yrs back we ordered but it was horrible too, fish was smellinbg and was not fresh and was cooked blantly just sinmply with some red sauce and the name was so big!! Pan fried noodles also quality and qualntitity were both issue and bad taste ! we wer so unhappy that we stopped eating in middle and left the table by packing the food which we had given away to beggar outside! This experience was horrible especially when the chain claims ro be speciality RESTAURANT! there were no speciality at all either in taste or in food appeal as it used to be before . we called out the manager and informed him and he kept looking at us with blank face and no answer! I want to ask the management what is this type of business that you are doing in the name of claiming SPECIALITY restaurant that too in kolkata now where there is complete transdformation anf revolution hads arrived in F&B sector with num erous similar / other outlets who are delivering much better food at haldf price of yours?? this is pathetic food and our evening was spoiled, , , , the manager tried the age old tactics of giving a vanilla ice cream to us to cools us instead of concentrating on CHEF AND QYUALITY OF FOOD WHICH THEY ARE ROBBING THE CUSTOMERS WITH 5 STAR HOTEL RATES AND GIVING 3RD CLASS FOOD ! ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS AND BEYOND ALL LEVEL OF ACCEPTANCE ! needdless to stay the poutlet had 30-45 % occupancy only and we had feedback that Mainland china food has becvom, e very bad ...i did not trust and burnt my finger ! Terrible really . see the bull we paid and not eaten also 3 o[censored]s . after visiting ouitlets after 1-2 year this is the status of specialioty restaurant in koklkata that too from Mainland china which one uipon a time was better and now below average ! this is cheating the customer in straight one line ! do not try this strategy tryst me I will spread the excellent experience for sure to others ! our time, money energy everything wasted and the evening was most horrendous one due to our WRONG DECESION of going to MAINLAND CHINA in spite of getting bad feedback !
