[Resolved]  Makemyhobby — this website is forged

Hi,

i am not able to understand that is it ether you dont understand what you have written here or you dont understand what is written on their website.

i am a regular customer of MMH from Hyderabad. i receive fish, fish food and accessories from Make My Hobby on regular basis. Fish are much healthier than what we get here in the local market (though 7-15days seem long wait).

Anyways, what i want to know from you is as per my calculations if you had placed order with them on 28th of june and posted your payment DD SAY on 29th of june form Hyderabad via local post then they must have received you DD on 30th june or 1st July to the MAX (i hope i am correct and being on fair side). And as you have mentioned you purchases Live fish, they heal the fish from diseases and send which takes about 7 to 15days time and your post here is on 10th July itself (almost 9 days form order). I feel there is something that you are ether not telling us on this post or you are misguiding us or being too paranoid.

i want to take my complaint back as i got tense when the web site was off by seeing this i wrote the complaint but they confirm me and told me they are returning my money so i have no problem with them now or in future. there was some combination problem as i don't know pure English.

Makemyhobby.com are Scammers

I wont comment on them being forged, but it is true that they rarely reply to queries. My order number is 8483 dated 31st august, for an amount of Rs.228 for some fish food, pH papers etc. But it hasn't arrived as yet, though they claim to be "processing" it for delivery!! I live in Ghaziabad, next to delhi barely 3kms from the UP Delhi border, so not to remote a place either! Thank God the amount is not much. Bad investment.

I ORDERED LIVE FISHES FROM MAKE MY HOBBY. REACHED, EXCELLENT PACKING AND ALL ARE LIVE. I SAY THAT ITS THE BEST SITE.
ALL ABOVE COMPLAINTS ARE FAKE OR THEY MAY HAVE VIOLATED THE RULES. THE WEBSITE NEVER ENTERTAIN ABUSIVE LANGUAGE. 2 - 4 WEEKS FOR LIVE FISH AND 3 - 6 WEEKS FOR LIVE PLANTS ARE COMMON.
BEFORE TAKING ANY DECISION PLEASE TALK TO LIVE SUPPORT

I also have not received the items ordered about 2 and a half months back and i am still waiting for the fishes.

My order number 185885 has placed on 31/10/18 payed amount rupees 604 via google pay. Results shows payment received under processing.i whatsaap at given number but no reply nothing.

Please have a look into their high quality products here and decide for yourself.
