MakeMyTrip — NOT REFUND

refund of cancelled ticket not received

i booked a flight ticket on 18th May 2009, from AHMEDABAD to KOLKATA travel date 15th Nov 2009, through make my trip.com.i cancelled my ticketFLT[protected], on 16th Nov 2009.it was said from their side that refund would reflect on my account in next 7 business days but so far ten(45)days have passed and i am yet to receive my refund....

i dont know is it company policy to use customer's money?

WE COULD NOT CATCH THE FLIGHT 9W 363 [JET AIRWAYS], VIDE PNR NUMBER FQZYRN [protected]-77, DUE TO LATE ARRIVAL OF TRAIN BECAUSE OF FOG, WE INFORMED ON JETAIRWAYS SERVICE NUMBER-[protected] AT APPPROX 2PM FINALLY WE MISSED OUR FLIGTH BECAUSE OUR TRAIN-AMRITSAR SHATAPDI EXPRESS 2014, REACHED AT 6PM AT DEHLI.SO PLEASE HELP ME TO REFUND OUR FAIR EXPENSIS, BEING YOUR OLD CUSTOMER.
