Sub:- Refund for an amount of Rs 15557/- against transaction failure through makemytrip.com On 03.12.2012,while booking e-Tickets from Hyderabad to Mangalore for 4 Passengers under reference No CCA12LLKM5421GE4695847 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE an amount of Rs 15557/- has been debited from my SBI Bank Account NO [protected]. This might have been a transation failure for which Money has been debited from my Bank Account without generating tickets. Therefore, requesting you to kindly credit the amount of Rs 15557/-that has been debited from my Bank account at the earliest. Your kind co operation in this regard is highly solicited. SBI/Make my trip.com — Failed transaction charged
I booked a ticket on 03/05/09 from chennai to new delhi using my SBI bank account through the vendor make my trip.com teh transaction failed and I received a mail from vendor for transaction failure .But in the meantime my account got charged for Rs.5579 .On following up with both SBI Tidal Park branch and Make my trip.com both of them are telling that the amount is not in there systems asking eah other to contact bank is asking makemytrip to be contacted and makmytrip is asking bank to be contacted .Please help me sorting this out as I am the Person who's amount is lost.
