No.NameAgeSexCoach No./Seat No. Res-Status 1Rajesh Tripathi 53MA1 / 16CONFIRMED I cancelled the booking as the train was late for more than 7 hours This is their reply which i got Greetings from MakeMyTrip.com. We wish to acknowledge the claim filed by you for Booking Confirmation Number RAL[protected], PNR No. [protected]. Since the day i have cancelled six months have passed and every time i call to their costumer care the standard answer i get is its under process with IRCTC. first they told me it will take 90 days to get my returns but 6 months have passed and i have not got my refund till today and they still are saying its under process with IRCTC. Please help me with this or guide me how to get refund back because its getting very frustrating for me.
