Sir,

I have to complain you about your authorised service station - PLA Motors, Dindigul, Tamilnadu.
I gave my maruti omni no. TN-09-AB-6601 to repairin August,because of a major accident. The front & back was damaged in accident.
It took 20 days for your authorised service station to repair and deliver back to me.
On the same day of delivery LPG fuel was very less in my car so i changed to petrol,but the car was unable to start.
On giving back for repairing at the same service station, we were informed that petrol motor got burned & they don't have no correct/orginal spares in stock with them. They also removed the petrol tank and some other parts.
The also informed that it will take another 10 days time to get repaired and can be run using LPG fuel only.
As i was able to use the vechicle in gas, I took back my car.
next day morning 7 AM when i started my car i met with other problems such as horn, viper & indicator not working.
As again i informed the service station they said "it is not a major problem, you may use the car & they will get it repaired the next day as it was sunday".
So i took the car and travelled to Kumbakonam, on the way the car got breakdown. A showed to near by machenic & contacted with PLA motors.
Even after consulting each other the problem was unable to be solved.Even after taking a mechanic by taxi from PLA motors Dindigul to kumbakonam but the problem was not solved & he mentioned the reason as ECm board problem.
so i brought back the car to Dindigul PLA.On monday morning i gave again for repairing. Till time even job card has not been issued for the car & on enquiring proper revert is not given.
They also informed that on giving full payment in advance only the start process for ECM board & other products. Dont know the reason why they are asking for full payment in advance as i dont have any dues with them.

They dont have any spare parts at any time while enquiring & also even water servicing facility.

I dont konw the current status of my car & dont know whom to enquire with.

Maruti Suzuki is big company and known because of good service and maintainence by your company.
I know that You will take a good decesion and a good satisfaction as Maruti Suzuki known to be.
Please provide me a solution for the same at the earliest.
