Sub: Bad response from workshop & non payment of car insurance
to the consumer – request – Regarding.

I B.Ramakrishna residing in somandepalli, somandepalli Mandal of Anantapur District, Andhra Pradesh. My dream in life is ‘buy a good car’. Thus I bought a Maruthi Omni 8 seater on 26.04.06 in M.S.A motors, kurnool, AP with the car loan of SBI, Hindupur, AP. My vehicle No. is AP 02 N 2570. Upto one year I used my car very well and I am satisfied with my car. I proposed to my friends to buy a Maruthi Omni vehicle.

On 08.04.2007 my neiboughrs had been taken my vehicle to a marriage fixation in Bagepalli. In return journey to home at Plasamudram. At that time the tanker came speedly and hitted the right backof the body. My car is gone under major accident and two men were died and four were injured severely at the time of 3:45pm.

On 08.04.2007 4 pm I made phone call to M.S.A. Motors Kurnool. They said that took vehicle to Kurnool. I took vehicle in Tata 407 with Rs.10, 000/- rent. I handed over to them on[protected] at 4 pm. They said surveyor will come and survey your vehicle damages then he will decide the insurance amount.

I will waited for 6 months they can’t respond. On 12th December 2007 I was also got major accident in two wheeler with my family. I has suffered severely. After that I went 5 times to Kurnool for my vehicle problem. Finally they said that took your vehicle to some other Garrage. We can’t repair your vehicle because not covering of Insurance. On that day I decided to took my vehicle to back. Then I observed my vehicle I know that some main parts of my vehicle are missing in work shop at Kurnool. Those are 2 tyres with discs and stepney, ECM board, Ignition coil, Central locking system and engine front cap, head lights and some other parts. I asked them about that they are not responded and demanded me Rs.12, 000/- for work shop site charges. Finally I had paid Rs.5000/- to Work shop manager through SBI online account. Then I took my vehicle in Eicher vehicle with Rs.12, 000/- rent to other work shop and handed over to them for repair.

Thus I totally lossed with my innocence and suffered long time. Then I told my problem to my friend he given the Maruthi toll free No. and E-mail address. Then I proceed in this way. My Insurance policy no. is 1049102.

Now I am requesting you kindly solve my problem and I want Rs.60, 000/- compensation from work shop and insurance amount Rs.1, 60, 000/- from National Insurance Company Ltd., I have sent documents to your Hyderabad Executive one month back. respond to my problem.
