Maruti Alto LX — Improper dealer service and inefficient service staff

"Main peshe se ek doctor hu lekin Maruti ke chakkar mein khud bimar ho gaya hu...!!!

I bought a ALTO LX make (Registration No. – UP54F7505) in August'07 (Single Owner- Dr. Gyan Chand Gupta) from DEEP MOTORS, (Address : Near Chanakya Cinema, Sarfuddinpur, Azamgarh, Uttar Pradesh) and each fitting was completed at the dealer site but after 3 to 4 month there was problems regarding the remote lock and key problem. The details are as under:
1. The service engineer has charged @ Rs. 300 per day for the repairing of remote lock for three times.
2. After that key problem started, the vehicle could not started and it was carried to the service center charged Rs. 650/- for carrying the vehicle.
3. The vehicle handover to the dealer service center on 20.02.2008 and they called several times but could not rectify the problem, causing mental, health problem and loss of economy and after that they deliver the vehicle on 11.04.2008 but not rectify the problem.
4. I have asked them about the main problem of vehicle but they misguided me, either they don't know about the problem or they want some money.
5. The service manager (Mr. MS Shukla Mob. No.: [protected]) is always misguide and not reply properly.
6. Finally their treatment with costumer is very poor and of a misguiding as well as misbehaving way.
7. As being a doctor my patient have to suffer from that also.

I as well as my family have physical, mental and economical losses. I puzzled so much that I decided to go court as being the last way.


I kindly request to look into the matter and do the favorable.

Good day, i need your assistance, i had given my car for repairs / service at M/s Eswari motors chennai, i had spent around Rs 23, 000/-, car was with them from Aug 13 till Aug 24 .

Car is in very worst condition than earlier, but they are not responding proper, and trying to give a quote for another 16, 000 Rs, during my delivery time .

I would like to take it up legeal, i would like to speak to the proper cell, to sort out this issues .

maruti Alto -LXI — IMproper service

Ratan motors service center at Govandi , Mumbai, failed to deliver the car on time and inflicted me gross inconvenience. In fact the works manager assured that all the maintenance is over and the car is ready for delivery when the painting of the car was underway. Moreover I was forced to wait there two hours and toppled all my plan.The car was actually delivered after two days.
