Myself Praveen Kumar I have renew the policy online payment was made online by using HDFC debit card on dated 24 June 2010 the policy no genreated by system is MI[protected]. at the time of print policy ,printable formet not genreated. i have loged the complaint on helpline numbers but on till date i am not getting policy . I have paid challan twice to local traffic police for not having the Car Insurance. When I contacted / reminded Maruti Show Room for Insurance Policy, I was being assured that it takes time & will come automatically at my address.
I feel it is a gross negligence on part of National Insurance Co.Ltd. as well as Maruti Show Room.
Kindly look in to the matter and arrange to send my Insurance Policy ( Original or Duplicate) at my address. Please acknowledge receipt of this mail & reply on my email address - [protected]@bharatpetroleum.in.
