[Resolved]  Maruti Insurance — Online Renewed Policy refused

I renewed my insurance policy through the website marutiinsurance.com. I got a confirmation mail and the amount of premium is deducted from my account. Also I got a hard copy of my policy certificate through post. My policy number is MI[protected]. Recently I submitted my policy for claim and the staff replayed me as my policy is not verified. They refused to get me the claim. When i tried to complaint through the website, it is also down. So please do the necessary for it.
