[Resolved]  Maruti Ritz — poor service

Sir,
The front shield of my ritz car bearing engine no ( K12MN7006688 )& chasis no(MA3EDKDISOO305376) Regd no (jko5c 2856) was broken and I approached to the maruti showroom at jamkash baramulla for replacing the same.The concerned there assured that the car would be ready on next day as the items required for it were availiable in the showroom.But unfortunately,3 days have been passed but my car is still not ready.I then approached one of the concerned of the showroom namely ABDUL RASHID who said for paying claim charges of Rs 1000/=& material charges.I told him why should I pay the same as my car is insured but he did not pay any attention for the same.
I am professionally a DOCTOR and due to non availability of my car I often gets late to my duty as I have to travel either by bus or by sumo.In our family,we are having various types of cars like TaTa (INDIGO),Cheverlet (BEAT),Hyundai (VERNA)and we have visited in these showrooms but first time I met with such type of showroom with poor services and volgure type of employees.
Now it is requested to your goodself to take necessary action against this and my car may be released immediately.

maruti-Ritz — poor service

previously i purchase wagon-r in 2003 .i drived this car upto dec. 2009. on 25th dec.2009 ipurchased Ritz vdi from hissar auto mobiles. i sent my car for 2nd service at hissar auto mobiles. on same day evening i found mat of my car lost.i dialled to above service station. they toid me to talk with Mukesh superviser.i talked with that person .he accepted that my mat were there and i can take the same. next day i went there.he said come next day.next day i sent a person there .mr.mukesh gave him other old mats most likely of other car. on 21st august 2010 i went there for 3rd service. the person told me that you have not jack in your car. sir inbetween 2nd and 3rd service i never needed jack and i never handed over my car to any body.most likly car jack was taken out at the same station. cost of jack does not but it is matter of faith. during 3rd service only oil and filter was changed idonot know weather any work was to be done.sir kindly take this seriously and inform to agency and take some action and order if i can get my car jack back.thanks.
