[Resolved] Maruti Ritz — delay in car delivery | |||
To the general manager Maruti Suzuki From Mrs Sujothi Vysakhi,patteri cross road ,Calicut Sir, I had booked for a marutiritz model zxi ritz blue blaze on 26/10/11 in Indus motors , West hill branch,Calicut,kerala,india. They assured me that the vehicle is ready with them and gave me invoice numbered 16460. As per the assurance made by them, i paid the full amount as loan to Indus motors on 28/10/11. (DD number 41496 )dated 28/10/11 from SBT, puthiyara branch,Calicut. But i was informed that the vehicle is not ready at present and i will have to wait for another one or two months. Ihave a marriage function at my home in December first week and i need to get the car by that time. I humbly request you to consider my request and make necessary measures for the above mentioned matter. I am very displeased with the services of the dealer. Maruti Ritz — No Accessories with dealers
I am asking vipul motors faridabad for genuine acessories of ritz but no much acessories is available to them by maruti suzuki.
