[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki - Ambal Autos Erode — Reg in 3rd Free Service water service not done

Hello Mr.Asokan Muthusamy,

I am Mr.L.Nivas mahalingam son of Mr.R.M.Loganathan from 106 Pillaiyar Kovil Street,Nambiyur (P.O),Gobichettipalayam (T.K),Erode DT.Pin 638458.I took my Swift VDI Registration no TN 36 M 7576 for 3rd Free service to Maruti Suzuki Ambal Autos Service Center at Erode as on 25/12/2010.While taking before two days I washed my car fully.I came to show room with little amount of mud powders in the rear backside mirror and there is a crow in the left side front door mirror I noticed after putting job card I informed the service adviser Mr.T.Selvam informing that I am having 2nd free Teflon polish coating for my car is there he said when you took the car.And he said after 1year is not possible sir I said I took my new car delivery in May 19th 2010 he said OK sir we will do.He said you can take your car @ 2.00 PM,I left the place and came back at 1.50 PM to the service station and contacted the service adviser Mr.T.Selvam the car is ready or not .He said sir I came for lunch after coming to service center I will take the car to the Teflon polish after taking that to polish place he contacted me & i went there to see how they are polishing and after leaving at polishing place the service adviser left that place,I noticed the same mud powder in the rear back side mirror.I asked the polish guy who is senior polishing my car for 3rd free service water service is applicable he said I don't know sir you can ask the the details with service adviser.After polishing the car was taken to the front place to delivery.I asked the service in 3rd free service water service is applicable are not he said its done sir for your vehicle I didn't notice the same crow in same place While coming back to home i am putting the body cover to car I noticed that.And also i am having a doubt I checked the underparts also and I found there is no water service taken place to my car.For proof i am attaching the picture for you reference what i am coming to say you.

Sir one thing we are trusting the showroom service would be fine.But you are fooling the customer trust.
