[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki India — Defective part

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is my second reminder regarding the defective infotainment/music system screen in my Grand Vitara (Purchased on 07-Nov-2023).

I want to highlight again that a screen failure within just 2 years is highly unusual and does not match the quality standards expected from a brand like Maruti. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect or poor-quality component, not normal usage wear and tear.

The screen frequently hangs, turns blank, and becomes unresponsive — affecting music, navigation, and the reverse camera. This is causing inconvenience and safety issues.

I request you to urgently replace the entire infotainment unit at no cost (warranty/goodwill), as such failure is not acceptable in a 2-year-old vehicle.

Please process this on priority and confirm the replacement date immediately.
