[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki India — New Spresso windshield glass crack

Address:Pratham Motors, Belandur

I bought a maruti Spresso vxi Plus on 2nd June 23, i see a crack in windshield glass without any accident, hit. When i visited showroom, they said once the out pass issued to vehicle they are not responsible for anything. And asked me to contact service centre and insurance company.
I have a question here, if the glass has manufacturing diffect and which cracked due to poor quality, is Maruti not responsible? What is the quality assurance of maruti manufacturing? I request Maruti Suzuki not to play with customers and making fool. How i do assure that my car has other fault?

I have visited showroom as Pratham Motors failed to visit me to check the crack to verify by their technical expert despite of multiple follow ups. I visited on 3rd July the showroom and after 1 hr 30 mins waiting the technical expert checked and confirmed that Hair line crack was automatically happened and other reason of damage by hitting and accident is ruled out. Technical expert advised the customer service and sales team members to discuss with the manager and get confirmation from Maruti Suzuki for replacement of the windshield glass. However till date no update from Pratham, I called several times but they stopped taking my calls. Very disappointing to have such poor experience from the dealer.

It's been more than a month, i have not received any update on my complaint against Maruti Suzuki and dealer Pratham Motors Bangalore.
Despite when I called them they say they will call back with the resolution however i have not received any call from any responsible person from Pratham Motors.
This quite disappointing to see that even consumer is not able to give any update on the same.
The damage windshield glass crack has been increased day by day and could be fatal for my life.
Maruti Suzuki is having such unprofessional dealers in market and not bothering customers emotions and value for money of customers.

This is the mail I got from Pratham Motors, which is very unprofessional and false.
1. Vehicle was delivered in late evening, so darkness how can I see anything, there was damaged mark on window wiser and i have shown to coordinator, which ever not replaced till date, during delivery he requested to wait till first service as no stock available. So how i know that damage was not in windshield glass?
2. They failed to visit my place to check the issue despite my several follow ups.i visited 2 times, 1st time only sales coordinator had look the car and second time despite of multiple follow ups i visited showroom and able to show to the technical team after waiting for 1 hour 30 mins.
3. Technical person confirmed that as there is no external damage and sign of hitting, possibility is hair line crack present and in due time it increased. Advised sales coordinator and the lady to discuss with their head, connect with Maruti for replacement of the windshield glass. However i have not received any update from Pratham Motors on this since 1 month completed. Instead they stopped responding to my calls and texts.
