[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki India — Unable to Cancel the Car Booking that Booked Online

I booked the Maruti Grand Vitara Car on 6th February 2023 at Vipul Motors Jaipur. I want to cancel this booking.

I made this booking online but now I cannot cancel it because I am not receiving the OTP while cancelling the booking online. For this issue, I sent mail to [protected]@nexaexperience.com but there is no resolution provided in the last 15 days.

Kindly help me to cancel this booking and let me know how I can get refund amount. In the last 12-15 days I called Vipul Motors Jaipur and Nexa Experience customer care multiple times, but no resolution was provided by them.

Both the dealer and call centre are saying this is an Issue with Maruti technical team and they cannot help to cancel the booking, hence there is no surety of a Refund of the booking amount.

Please help.
