Dear Mr. Manu/CRM Team,

Hope you all must be keeping well.

This is seriously unfortunate as i anticipated/expected that Rana Motors will not deliver the vehicle on or before 21st Jan 2013. Yet again there is no follow up from the Rana Motors and following up with your dealer resulted into an letter received on 19th Jan 2012 i.e two days before the date of delivery that they are again expecting the unforeseen delay in the delivery of vehicle.

There is no point trusting your dealer network and CRM team on taking a lead of the request to get it expedited even though i had received a regret letter two days before the date of delivery.
I sincerely lost my interest in buying a vehicle from Maruti Anymore and would definitely like to follow it closely till i get a justified answer to not keeping their tentative dates and false promises as i have paid a booking amount of 10000/- Rs with Rana Motors for almost 3 months.

I will not even withdraw my booking amount till i get a justice for the same.

I would appreciate if there is anyone who can help me reach up to the right person in this regard.

I would definitely agree to the Tentative delivery date of 21st Jan 2013 - considering the availability and booking done before.
I am seriously resentful on the part of the dealer practice who pull the sale/booking on the false promises to deliver the vehicle on 1st week of Dec therefore i don't except any unprecedented delay after 21stJan 2013.

I have received the follow up call from the Dealer regarding the status of the Booking today itself.
They have promised to deliver the vehicle well before 21st Jan 2012 considering 10-12 week booking time.

Kindly please help to get the process expedited or the if there is any means to check the status of the booking online.
I will keep you posted on the progress from the dealer end and further proceed in case confronted with any problem regarding the same.

Tentative Waiting period - 10 - 12 week

We havent got the opportunity to hear from the Dealers end till 06th Dec 2012.This is to my surprise that on following up with dealers Sales Consultant has offered us to buy VDI instead of LDI otherwise we wont even get the delivery even after waiting for 10-12 week.

He promised to deliver the Car in the first week of December while booking the car.
Consider that even taking the buffer of a weektime they should have deliver the car by now.

This is seriously a resentful experience with Maruti Dealers which is pursuading your customers to other go with other options eventually increasing loss of sales.

Initially the Sales consultant has promised to Deliver the car in two week time if we had booked the car in the first week of Oct and explained us that we will pre-book the cars for the customers which can be delivered immediately in 2 week time but he has a different story altogether when we approached him for booking the car at around 15th Oct 2012.

Request: I would strongly request you to kindly please look into the matter.

This complaint is against S.B. Cars (P) Ltd. authorised dealer of Maruti cars. They had shown zen estillo car and took an advance of Rs. 5000.00 for delivery of the car. At the time of delivery of the car they were giving us some other model. On our objecting their salesman said that he was sorry that he didn't know that their company was not giving those features. Then we asked him to return our advance to which they are refusing. I request you to kindly get our amount returned.

I have purchase a maruti swift dezire ldi in april month from competent, gurgaon for commercial use. After registration, i have submit all papers in dealership for tax rebate on commercial vehicle. After 2 month, when i go to dealership for payment cheque, they are saying that ur papers are lost. Submit again. I have submit its again. Now 6 months gone after submit the papers again. Now they are saying that we have no any paper. Ur claim is cancel. Now what can i do? I dont expect 2 maruti like this behaviour. I think i have need of consumer court. 4 day back i given my maruthi van for service.
they promise me with in evening they will delivery .

My name is L.ELLAPPAN from bodinayakanur, theni (dt), Tamilnadu. India. I have placed an order for shift zdi red colour car before 25 days @ SOLAMALAI MARUTHI, Theni. I have paid the full amount of the car. Solamalai Maruthi assured that they will deliver the car at 9.9.2013. but the sales representative did not attend the call and the manager didn't respond for this matter. in 14.9.2013 we met the manager and asked about it and reason. he said that he will surely call me at Monday and he will give the invoice of the car and this week he will deliver the car. if i come to showroom they are treating me as a rolling ball from one table to other. when I called him he said that I have to wait for 15 min he said this more than 10 times. I am highly unsatisfying about them. I also requested to cancel my order but they are not doing it. I am very much affected mentally. Solamalai Maruthi has to pay penalty of above 25000 for your illegal treating of the customer. I need your reply that what are all the actions taken on solamalai maruthi theni, and date of delivery of my car and the penalty as soon as possible.

I also enquired in ABT maruthi they offered maruthi’s 15000 and also ABT’s 10000 discount but Solamalai gives only maruthi’s 15000 offer only.
Hello Sirs, I am from coimbatore. I bought a Maruti WagonR VXI from Ambal Auto a month ago . The vehicle came with company fitted music system. I am not provided the remote for the same. Dealer told me to get remote from outside. Maruti recommends genuine accessories, why should I get remote from outside and moreover its is not available in outside marked, The catalogue for the music system mentions that remote control will be provided with vehicle and it also explains how to use the remote control, why should it explain the details for the one which is not provided, so please solve my issue. I am dissatisfied with the reply from the dealer.

I have booked Maruti Celerio VXI AMT on 26 February 2014, Grey color first option and silky silver second option, but I conformed final color as silky silver through Popular vehicles and services ltd. Kasaragod kerala state. Booking invoice number 17168.
Booking time they informed me the waiting period maximum 2 months. But still I have not received my car and some others getting car.
Actually I am queuing in front of them. Also the dealer saying there is no stock and not getting car from Maruthi.
Please take necessary action and solve my issue also provide sufficient car to dealer.

My Self Suril Jain ([protected]), i am sorry to say that i am very disappoint with the service provided to me. Let me explain, i came at UDAY Auto link on 19th May 2014 for clamming the insurance of my own car. I had all required paper with me at that time but at that time Body shop customer care executive "KAMAL PAL -[protected]" advise me that please come on Thursday i.e. 22nd May 2014, with only insurance paper so he can deliver my "Insured" car on Monday. So based on that i again go to the Uday workshoop on Thursday (as advice by Kamal) at that time spuriously he told that he want RC book and other required document, Before coming Uday i called him for the insurance but at that time also he didn't informed me, i suppose that he might forget to told me about the required DOC so i again went to my home and bring the document because i need my car on Monday at any cost. In insurance i told him that my car front bumper and driver side wheel plate i want to replace. Now on monday when i call him for taking my insured car he told me Insurance person is not come so he will not give car on Monday (Is this your Commitment?) and will give car on Tuesday. On Tuesday when i call Mr. Kamal for delivery of car he said he is not able to give car before 2 PM. So i suggest him please droup my car at home. Kamal has said ok for the same. But no call came from Kamal for the delivery of the car. At 4 PM i got call from Miss Darshana the Custmer car executive, regarding car service with assure return gift as my car alreday in the workshop. I said to Darshana that do as she want to do and same conform with his advisor Mr. Mayur also. On Tuseday even also i don't get the car. So on Wenesday i again call Mr.Kamal for the delivery he said come after 2 PM as the car service is yet not done. I don't understand at 4 pm, i got call for car service and till 2 PM car is not serviced!!!. I again call Darshana for the same she told she try her level best for the servicing the car but not able to give return gift. I said her that Mem you had commited for the same so she requested her Customer Care Manager for the same But she "DENIED". So i said OK ultimately i need my car not gift. Finally my car came at home around 5 PM with bill of RS.2180. I call Mr. Kamal for the same he said sir i have replace all four tyre wheel plate. I said him to change only driver side wheel plate and if it is not possible then don't change. But he change all four wheel's wheel plate and advised me that sir please pay the bill once new Waganor will came for delivery will pay back to you. This kind of Ford and late service delivery is happen to me with no gift. I need justice for the same. I have to pay 1200 Rs more. Please do the needful.
