प्रिय सर/मैडम,

मेरा नाम तेजवीर सैनी है। मेरे पास 'मारुती सुजुकी Alto' गाड़ी है जो की मेरे करीबी रिश्तेदार ने मुझे उपहार मे दी थी।
जिसे April 2022 मे "RANA MOTORS, Gurgaon" से खरीदा था। जिसका गाड़ी नम्बर RJ02CG4347 है ।
नियमानुसार कार की तीन सर्विस कंपनी की तरफ से मुफ्त होती है । मैने अपनी कार की दो सर्विस बिना किसी रुकावट के करवा ली थी। लेकिन तीसरी सर्विस से पहले कार के 'Fuel Pump Motor' मे खराबी आने लगी। जिसकी सूचना मैने तीसरी सर्विस के समय MG MOTORS, ALWAR के कर्मचारियो को दे दी। वहाँ कर्मचारी, जिनका नाम दीपक है, उन्होने मेरी शिकायत को दर्ज किया और कंपनी मे Spare Part ना होने के कारण मुझे 5-7 दिन बाद आने के लिए बोला ताकी वो उस Spare Part को Order करके मँगवा सके। कुछ दिनो बाद MG MOTORS, ALWAR के कर्मचारी ने मुझे फ़ोन करके बताया की आपकी कार का SPARE PART मंगवा लिया गया है और आप कार लेकर आ जाईये।
जब मै वहाँ कार लेकर गया तो वहाँ उपस्थित अन्य कर्मचारी ने कार को देखकर कहा की आपने बाहर से FITMENT करवायी है और मुझे मना कर दिया गया।
सर अगर Accessories Fitment से ही परेशानी है तो ये सब मुझे पहली और दुसरी सर्विस के समय ही क्यो नही कहा गया ।
सर अगर आपकी कंपनी Base Model से लेकर Top Model तक की कार बनाती है तो Base Model मे तो Accessories Fitment बाहर से ही करवाना पडता है।इसलिये मुझे परेशान क्यो किया जा रहा है ।
आपसे अनुरोध है जितनी जल्दी हो, उतनी जल्दी इसका समाधान करे ।

    With reference to booking number SOB[protected]dated 13 july 2022). I booked Maruti brezza ZXI+ (5MT/magma Grey) with Pandit Automobiles Pvt ltd Yamuna Nagar, Haryana. Its almost 10 months since I booked and have not received delivery of car. Initial, delay in delivery was informed as 3 months during booking. however, a letter (refer attachment) was sent later for more delay without any timeframe.

    i would like to know that, if any customer refused to take extended warranty and accessories from dealer. Do Maruti/dealer delay the delivery of car?

    As same is happening in my case. Pandit Automobiles was forcing to take extended warranty and accessories initially but i refused.

    Request you to kindly look into the matter and help to delivery the car ASAP

      Dear sir/madam,
      This is to inform you that my suzuki access 125cc (purchased in October 2022) latest launching green and white colour freequently stopped automatically during slow down and a different kind of sound occurs while driving ... We have informed these problems to suzuki access executives at showroom where I purchased..they have attended some service but the problem occurs repeatedly and I haven't get any satisfactory service from them and my more valuable time wasting every time..

      In this regard plese help us to resolve the issue..

        I had travelled to Isha Foundation (Chikballapur) along with my wife, daughter & her mother on the 22nd April 2023, evening and during my return from the uphill terrain on the 22nd April 2023, at Isha Foundation (Chikballapur) i encountered a issue with my engine ceasing to start as the battery had drained out, during navigating through the rough road at Isha foundation (Chikballapur) & had to call up the Maruti Suzuki road side assistance at about 8.30pm, i was assigned a technician who was Mr. Nazeer Ahamed with the reference number 31294567, this technician call me and asked me what was the issue and without any physically identifying the cause of the problem promptly told me he will have a towing vehicle sent to have the vehicle towed to the nearest Maruti Suzuki service center and will have the vehicle delivered on 24th April 2023, I was contacted by Mr. Uday Kumar and told me he will be at the Isha foundation in 20 minutes. As i was the sole person along with family (3 ladies) stuck in the dark (As there is no lights atop the Isha foundation post everyone leaving) and waiting for 1 hour for the towing vehicle to arrive, i had the security guard push the vehicle along with my family down the hill and have the vehicle started, and it actually did. Once the vehicle had started, I immediately called up Mr. Uday Kumar to have the service of towing cancelled but he told he's travelled 8 km. I told him i will speak to Maruti suzuki road side assistance and if they tell me to pay i will have the payment done, but when i contacted Maruti Suzuki road side assistance they told me to wait for the call back and since nobody called back i proceeded on my return journey, but when i reach the foothill of the Isha Foundation i was literally waylaid by Mr. Uday Kumar along with another unknown person and his towing vehicle and he demanded i pay him Rs 1500/- as he had travelled 8 km. I immediately called up Maruti Suzuki Road side assistance and explain the situation but again the voice on the other end told me to wait for a call back. As it was over 9.45pm and nobody from Maruti Suzuki Road side assitance calling me back i had to negotiate with Mr. Uday Kumar who had waylaid me and my family and told him he needs to provide me a bill and he promptly did (the bill was under Sri. Maruthi Towing Service Chickballapur - 562101 with the mobile number [protected] & [protected].

        I am astonished to know that Maruti Suzuki road side assistance charges it's customer Rs. 1500/- without even touching the vehicle and no service done. I am totally disappointed with such a illogical and careless attitude of Maruti Suzuki Road side assistance.

            Dear Team,

            Greetings !

            This is to inform you that i have given my car on last 2.5 months back for an accident repair to the workshop .

            The work shop person promised me to give my car back within a month .

            I would like to inform you that still my car lying with the workshop for 2.5 months.

            i can able to understand that when could i will get it back ...

            every one promised me along with your TSM Mr Vikas also, that they all are trying to resolve the issue within a short period .

            As i would like to inform you that as i use Taxi to go for an far distance for which i pays worth @ 2 k on daily basis .

            i am going to suit against you all for the mentel harrasment.

            if all the above issues persists then how can we be sure that the service center is capable enough to service the car, how will we sustain in the after market, as this is also the major factor while choosing the car to buy.

            it took me some time to raise this issue to customer care team as before i was trying hard to convince the service center team to repair the vehicle properly or not but eventually today as my father visited there their GM Mukteshwar Chaudhary started shouting by using unparliamentary languages for which i have to bring this into your attention.

            Please look into this matter and support, Also i would request you to arrange the full audit in order to find out if they are processing the service and repair job done

            properly.

                What a madarchod dealers you have. I paid full amount in March. My bank emi has started. Today my first emi is deducted. Who will pay interest.
                I booked commercial vehicle for earning for my family. There is no vehicle. I can't earned for my family because your madarchod dealer doesn't provide me vehicle.
                Your madarchod dealer has used my money. He has to pay my emi. One month has gone. He has to pay interest of my money.
                I will go to court for this issue.

                  Ciaz 2017 model chasis no MA3EXMG1S[protected] car having its doors corroded and started eroding from outside and inside (handle area and window wider channel) due to which all window winders channels got corrosion and not functioning.

                  It's been only 5 years since car bought and due to its poor substandard Quality management at manufacturing level in checking it's rust coating treatment and insulation, which resulted in corrosion of metals and started giving away it's atomic structure.                       I was booked Maruthi Breezza car at KATARIA AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD, KANAKAPURA ROAD BANGALORE KARNATAKA
                      Paid all the Amount through account and Bank loan totally cleared 90% amount, we r about to take car delivery on Monday 05/04/23, now ur team leader Kaushik Gowda is talking very Harshly and he is not delivering our booked car bcz we rejected extended waranty.
                      He is telling harshly that, he will refund our amount.
                      We taken risk to arrange amount.
                      all the processing charges are deducted by bank and EMI is started.
                      Plz give me a letter that shows the reason why my booking is cancelled after paying that much of amount?

                          It regards the worst service i got from the service center. I gave my vehicle for painting work on the 24th and promised delivery date was the 27th. The estimated amount was 5k and the actual was ~10k. 1) from the showroom i got confirmation that the vehicle was ready to deliver after 3 days of promised date.2) at the time of delivery inspection found that the painting work was not even half done (Pfa) when i questioned the same workshop...

                          Dear Maruti,

                          I have Maruti Celerio Car Number PB 29 AB 1045and from last 5 months I used to visit your Maruti Showroom ( Remira Motors, GT Road Moga) for the same but from last 5 months they failed to provide the light. Today I called again on [protected] and I spoke with Manager as he talked very rude and I told him that I will force to file complaint to consumer court as we tired listening your false promises to provide back light. He told do what ever u want to do and this type of language from your behalf is not tolerable . Hope u will take necessary action against the Manager and Hope u will provide the Back Light soon.

But somehow they told me sir give us one more week your car is in transit and etc. Now they tell me we can't deliver your car we don't have stock. If you have don't stock why r you cheat with coustomer. Why are you playing with coustomer immtion. You forcedfully Given also your conditions like if you want cae you must take 50000 Accesories compulsory 20000 extend warranty Etc. And i am also agreed with your conditions. Then why you harresh me. You can't belive it's my daughter's Birthday surprise. I am very unsatisfied i will sui the case against your company.

                                I have purchased a VITARA Brezza VDI as on 11th July 2019 vide invoice no. KD19-R0000351 having Engine number D13A 5818433 and Key No 5857 from your dealer K.D. Motors situated at Bhuj Kutch. In August 2021, I had faced a big problem in my car while I was returning from my home. A very big noise was coming from the engine of the car. So I had sent the car to your authorised services centre at Bhuj - Kutch. After some time, I had received a call from them that there was an issue in the engine and need to repair and they had given me an approximate Rs. 1 lakhs estimate of expenses. I had asked that the same is in warranty period and it is the internal issue and must be repaired by you in warranty. After strong discussion, they had agreed for the same and repair my car having jobcard number JC21000882 dated 08/09/2021. They had delivered the car in January 2022.

                                After 9 to 10 months, while I was going to my native, again I found the same problem and all of sudden, a big voice was coming from the engine and the engine was knocking. I had visited your nearby service centre and informed them for the issue. They had given me job card having job card number JC22014932 dated 22/11/2022. Initially they said that I have to go to the said dealer from where I had repaired my car earlier. I said that as per my knowledge, maruti company is providing PAN india service and it is your responsibility to look into the matter. Then they had asked that I have to pay all the charges of repairing and servicing. I said that my car have just run approx 8000 k.m. after servicing and total 28163 from the date of purchase, it is a technical issue from their side then why I should pay charges.

                                As approx. 5 months have gone but I have not received my car till now.

                                  March 23rd, 2023:

                                  Vehicle delivered for service at 11:30 a.m.
                                  11:40 AM: I detailed all the problems with service and feedback I had the previous time.
                                  11:50 PM: The whole inspection was completed, and all faults were reported.

                                  06:30 PM: I got a call from the company to pick up the car. Due to an emergency and the fact that it was late at night, I didn't check the service review before paying the bill and picking up the car.
                                  After receiving a vehicle, drove it home.

                                  24th day after that To be honest, they didn't change the bulb and delivered it as is, so when I checked my car in the morning, the previous problem was still there.

                                  Team made zero replacements. I'll post the picture below.

                                  no improvements in the services. remains the same. I had the worst experience last year. remains the same this time also

                                  I've arrived to the consumer court for cheating customer.

                                    Dear Maruti Suzuki Company,
                                    This is Mrs. Maya Singh form Varanasi my car registration number is UP65CS9006, I bought my car dt: 22.05.2017. This is my second complaint against this dealership which is UP Motors Varanasi,
                                    During my cars 5th service I was complaint regarding my steering wheel was very hard while driving, In that day after car service, Service Manager Rinku Tiwari and warranty manager Ravi they are make video in my steering wheel, He says there is steering sticky problem and need to be change steering rode set in all and there is in sound also.
                                    So I was asked him the managers what is the resolution then he says your car is under warranty we are submit the complaint and after taking approval will call you and change this part, but I have followed on call many more times but several times they are not responding the call, then my next 6 service dt : 01.11.2022 I am agin trying to discuss regarding this problem but the manager Rinku Tiwari says no problem I will solve it very soon, I asked Rinku but warranty is over due to your fault he says don't worry I am handle it. But again same problem facing from manager side. Since one month back I have facing problem again steering wheel and clutch plate bourn, Clutch plate work is done but not resolved my steering wheel problem Manager says your warranty is over you can pay approx 45000 for change this part I am not agree to pay this so manger Rinku Tiwari and warranty manager meet me personally and told me if are want to resolved the problem so u can pay me 10% amount in cash of total cost of this part before Before replacement.
                                    I am very shocked what I do.
                                    All Indians as a customer are believe Maruti Suzuki products but dealership management is very critical condition.
                                    So I request to you please help to resolved my problem please.
