[Resolved]  Maruti Suzuki India Ltd — NOT GETTING THE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE AND CHEATED BY RANA MOTOR TIS HAZARI, DELHI

These are the all corespondence done me with Rana Motor P Ltd, Tis Hazari, Delhi and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd Customer Care both not even bothered to reply on all the previous mails...... nothing is happening........I have been force to dirve my vehicle without the registration ceritficate and cheated by RANA Motors P LTD. as fitness of the vehicle is concern done for one year only, Where as others providing for two years....at the time of buying the vehicle it was commited later discover given for one year.

Only regret and cutting a sorry figure for everything will not resolve my all query, if maruti customer care is not able to resolve my query or helping me to get my registration certificate from dealer. We have driving car 27th march 2009 till date without Registration certificate and again it school cab. You people forcing me escalate this to high authorities or file a suit with consumer forum for harassment and compensation.

I have given you more than enough time to resolve. I will just give next 24 hours to hear your final answer and hoping it should not be hanky panky. Else I am force to file suit against Maruti and Rana Motors Pvt Ltd.

I bought my life first car form you Tis Hazari Branch, It was really a painful experience with you since then booked it, now it is beyond patience level.
Area of concern
1. Delivery committed on 31 April 2008 - not delivered on time.
2. Registration promise 3rd April 2008 - not Done till 12th April 2008.
3. There is correction invoice - not corrected till now.
4. Still I do not have any reconciliation of payment made and bills received.
5. Vehicle bought in cash - There is HP of ICICI Bank LTD.
6. Every time I have to follow-ups give the calls, no body bother give the status of Particular. Whether it your sale executive, team leader or customer care manager.
Kindly do something about specially remove of HP Of ICICIbank.
Else I have escalate this matter to higher authorities....
