my car no is UP32 CU 5700.

I am brijesh kumar gupta from lucknow. i had purceshed the wagonr car one of the your dealer K T L in june 2009 . now my car's left side pawor window is not working in properly way........... this problem reguler to approx 8-9 months but this service center 's employe didn't find my solution . Mr. kernal rishi is also not find my problem . many time i have send the car in srvice center but result is nothing.............the dealer & his staff mis behavior to me my car no is UP32 CU 5700.

I DID NOT EXPEXT SUCH THINGS FROM MARUTI SUZUKI WHICH IS KNOWN FOR ITS SPOTLESS IMAGE.I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST THE CONCERNED. MR.KERNAL RISHI AND STAFF WERE LEAST HELPFUL AND THEY ALWAYS HAD SOME FLIMSY EXCUSES FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE.EXPECTING YOUR REPLY AND ACTION SOON.

I HAVE PURCHASED MARUTI ALTO CHASSIS NO.1122978 FROM UR DEALERS FORT POINT AUTO MAHIM. I REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT AT NO POINT I WAS SATISFIED BY THE SERVICE OFFERED BY THEM.THEY WERE NOT AT ALL CLEAR IN EXPLAINING ABOUT THE CAR, ALL THEY WERE INTRESTED WAS SUCKING OUT MONEY FROM THE CUSTOMER.I WAS NOT SHOWN ANY BROCHURE ABOUT THE CAR SAYING THAT IT WAS NOT AVAILABLE WHEREAS IT WAS LYING NEXT TO THEM.I WAS TOLD THAT I WILL BE GIVEN BODY COLOURED BUMPERS BUT AFTER BOOKING THEY SAID IT WAS NOT PART OF REGULAR ACCESSORY.THEY LITERALLY FORCED ME TO BUY FRONT GUARD WHICH LATER AFTER I READ THE MANUAL CAME TO KNOW THAT IT IS NOT RECOMMENDED BY MARUTI.THEY TOOK MONEY FROM ME TO INSTALL PARCEL TRAY AND THEY INSTALLED IT OF CHEAPER VARIETY.I AM ASKING THEM FOR MONEY BACK FOR A WEEK BUT STILL THEY ARE SAYING THAT THE CHEQUE IS UNDER PROCESS AND WE WILL GET IT AFTER 2 WEEKS.SO MANY TIMES THEY HAVE CALLED ME TO THEIR SHOWROOM FOR REGISTRATION TO FIND OUT THAT THE CONCERNED PERSON IS NOT IN OFFICE INSPITE O[censored]S CALLING HIM BEFORE HAND AND HE GIVING HIS AVAILABLITY.I DID NOT EXPEXT SUCH THINGS FROM MARUTI SUZUKI WHICH IS KNOWN FOR ITS SPOTLESS IMAGE.I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT YOU TAKE STRONG ACTION AGAINST THE CONCERNED.Mr RAJ SURI AND MR.DHIREN WERE LEAST HELPFUL AND THEY ALWAYS HAD SOME FLIMSY EXCUSES FOR THEIR INCOMPETENCE.EXPECTING YOUR REPLY AND ACTION SOON

I totally agree with MR S.B.AJGAONKAR post dated[protected] regarding " VERY POOR DEALERSHIP " from Fort Point Automotive (cars) PVt. ltd. Mahim.
I HAVE a similar experience when i PURCHASED MARUTI Swift Reg. MH 01 AH 281 from Fort Point Automotive (cars) PVt. ltd. Mahim on 27-06-08. First they made false commitment & made us book the vehicle & later denied providing them.The delivery was delayed well beyond the date committed . For delivery they made us go to Mahalaxmi showroom even though they had showroom in mahim which was just next door to us .To make thing worse when we reached Mahalaxmi the sales agent & the manager there had no idea about the delivery, so we were informed that the delivery will only be possible later in the evening . Also the accessories installed deferred from what we order for. The overall experience with the sales department was really pathetic but just hope its not the same with the service team as well.I would definitely not recommend anyone for even inquiring for a car from Fort Point Automotive (cars) PVt. ltd.

I agree with whatever you have posted but with a different dealer in bangalore, namely kalyani motors situatied in mysore road. they have kept sick sales people who dont know what they talk becoz they dont have proper product knowledge. we should shun this type of dealers who simply promise sky but deliver pea nuts.

even i reported the same to the concerned manager who is happy that a customer is not happy... please remove that glossy sales people who only to talk (rubbish).

go to RNS motors i got my vehicle swift delivered in just 12 days (ldi diesel version) what they promise they delivered. hats off to all the people who helped me and they showed some maturity!!!

This is a grievience i am raising with Indias number 1 Automotive manufacturer for not honouring the commitment after booking the vehicle and also cheating a maruti loyal customer, myself.

This needs to be considered as a serious complain and would appreciate your kind concern in getting it resolved.

I am reiterating as what i expalined to to Mr.Singar and Mr. Avinash below:

I visited Bimal Auto Agency, Indiranagar office on 25th December, had a test drive on Wagon R. Had a very good discussion with the sales personnel and decided to buy the vehicle. I visited the godown with the sales person to check on the availability and the colour available. I was informed that there are 3 colours (Royal Gold, Virgin Blue, Black) available as of now in the Wagon R LXI model. I was confirmed that the booking can be done by paying 5000/- booking amount. After thinking over the decision over the night, I confirmed the booking with Bimal agency on 26th morning on phone as well as on email as they insisted and did the initial booking amount of Rs.10001/- and booked the Wagon R LXI (with immobiliser) / Royal Gold colour. I was assured that the car is blocked under my name and i can arrange the finances (bank loan) accordingly but got to do the balance down payment by 31st december. The Bank loan DD can be sent by 10th Jan 09. By doing so, i will still avail the available offer with additional corporate discount totalling to Rs.39000/- apart from other accessories benefits (i have mentioned in the attached document) and can take the delivery post 14th Jan09. The total cost came to Rs.3, 59, 014/-. I was really happy to form another bonding with Maruti.
Over the weekend i arranged the sanction from State bank of India and got the approval letter on 28th. I submitted the approval letter along with another payment of Rs.50, 000/- on 29th Dec 08. The balance amount as agreed was to be disburssed on 31st and agreed between Bimal Agency and Myself.

I had stopped at Bimal and booked the vehicle only once confirmed that the vehicle is available and hence the payment was done.

I had also signed up a document with Bimal Agency, that if the balance payment is not honoured by 15th Jan to still comply with the Offer.This was told to me as a precautionary step to avaoid cancellation.

Suddenly, I get a call on 30th dec from BImal agency that they have given my booked vehicle to some other customer and they cant honour my booking. I spoke to the allotment manager (Mr. Ravi) and after making him aware of the payment schedule decided earlier he agreed that i can do the remaining payment on 31st (as decided) and the vehicle will be kept for me..

Today on 31st December morning 11am as commited, i went to pay the remaining amount and get the invoicing done, I was mentioned that the car is not there for me and the booking cannot be honoured. I was given all the wierd options from taking the higher cost vehicle with the difference amount to be paid. If they have sold the booked vehicle, they have to arange the committed vehicle and deliver it to me. They manager at the office has completly put down his feet and says he cant do anything apart from saying that "they are not for charity", " they dont commit to customers", " he cant do anything". This is something i never thought of from the nominated maruti agency.

He offers me to take back the booked amount. I am here to buy the vehicle as committed at the committed cost.

This is unethical and fell really disgusted and being cheated by Authorised dealer of Maruti.
Being a Maruti Loyal from part 10 years, I suddenly feel i am cheated badly with the most reputed and honoured company (Maruti). I drove my first car in 2009 and was maruti 800. My father bought the first car (maruti 800) in mumbai on 1999 and we still cherish the vehicle. One of my sister has Maruti 800 (Pune) and the other has the new Maruti SX4 (Hyderabad). My in laws also has a maruti in Jamshedpur. We have been loyal to maruti for almost 10 years and this is what we get out of it.

I would sincerely request you to kindly look into the matter on priority and get me the committed vehicle at the committed cost.

I am attaching the booking details for your reference.

If this grieviences is reaching to the right personnels, please help me in getting JUSTICE.
