[Resolved]  Maruti Swift VDI — Delay in delivery of car.

Dear Sir,

We booked a second hand MARUTI SWIFT VDI car Reg. No. RJ 17 CA 1186 from Maruti authorized True Value dealer Bhatia & Co., Kota. through Receipt No. 39100 dated 11.06.2010 and Deposit 51,000/- through Cheque No. 523712 Punjab National Bank, Kota on 11.06.2010.

After passing 10 days, they did not deliver our same car. First of all they are not behaving well, not responding, they are executing us one first visit “let your cheque clear” after that “let the approval HDFC Bank for loan”.

Sir, our cheque has cleared and deposited in their account and they also got approval from HDFC Bank for Loan and now they are telling that “we are not having R.C. of that car”. I told them, why you are taking so much time why don’t you deliver me same Car, they replied “take back your money”.

Sir, Maruti dealer Bhatia & Co., Kota (True Value) is responding not well and harassing us and we are feeling insult in our relatives and guarantors, they are asking when your car is coming. Sir, if I cancel my booking, they will deducted some percentage of money, but I am ready to delivery my car, but they are not delivering me the same despite of they are just making excuses nothing else.

Sir, kindly do the needful in this matter and direct them to deliver me the same car as early as possible.

I need justice to that..!!!
