[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — poor service | |
Refund of Rs. 25000.00 pending I am salim ahmed s/o wazir ahmed R/O h/2253 mandir wali gali shadi khampur opp west patel nagar new delhi 110008, i have applied for Life insurance policy with MAX NEW YORK LIFE INSURANCE vide their proposal Policy no.[protected]. Due to some personal reasons, I applied for cancellation of this policy vide my application dt.17/02/09, which was very well accepted by their karam pura new delhi office duly marked receipt. The cancellation was telephonically confirmed by their karam pura new delhi office. I am sorry to say but I did not the biggest mistake when I applied for this policy with them. whenever i called up ur customer care number i was not satisfied with your employee, specially today i talked with mr sandeep anand i told him what is my problem after listen he said already we have arrange your meeting with mr goel i was shocked bcz my meeting has been fixed without my permission may i know is this your service ? then have talked to his senior mr rakesh patania he is also such fool he don’t know how to talk with costumer, he did not accept my executive done a mistake, plz listen my conversation, , thank god i did not take max new york life insurance policy plz you should improve ur service ... Poor Customer Service & Courier Service
As a matter of surprise being the elite insurance product...MAX New York Life Insurance courier serviceas well as customer service is worst in pleasing the complaints as well as the casual behavior of the executives they have in both the departments...Executives are not at all professional as well as not concerned with the cutomer complaints nor they they have solutions to the problem...specially yesterday when I talked with Mr Ankit(Customer Care Executive) he was not at all paying attention to my problem as well as involved himself in a cross talk, efforts has been made by me to make him listen to my problem rather being as a customer care executive he would have proactively listens to customer complaints, i was shocked he was just providing me with the solution which i already have... May i know is this your service ? Moreover he refused to transfer the call to his senior by telling all the seniors are busy attending other calls nor he set the call back from them?????
Request you should improve ur service ...

deducted from S/B account o[censored]nited Bank of India on 05/06/2009 (A/C No:[protected], where as the policy has been called last more than two month. Kindly intimate and supply the copy of said rule under what rule Rs. 1250/= deducted form my S/B Ac. when the sait policy was cancelled.

Dear sir/madm, my policy no.[protected] also my request no.1876797.I am very upset because, I surrender my policy and i lost six thousand rupees.I request for refund on 6 JAN.2010. I talk to customer service they said we sent you a check but couier company sent us back,because incomplete address.I am receiveing mail from your company since DEC.2006.How come my address is incomplete?There was an emergency so i surrender my policy.why your company playing games with peoples.please send my refund check as soon as possible.otherwise i will go to court and you have to pay my lost.
