[Resolved] Max Life Insurance — premium not allocated and cheating

i m having a policy[protected] with max newyork and last year i forgot to pay the premium so i paid it after 6 months of due date so i was suppose to fill up the health decleration form which i filled on 30th april 2009 and i have paid the premium of rs 20000 with h d form. Now till date they have not allocated my fund and they are stating the reason that we have not received your h d form so your policy is lapsed... how can they accept my last premium with out my health decleration form? and after that day market has raised and they are not responding now.8cepa Was this information helpful? Sir,
I have a policy through peerless developers corporate agent of Maxnewyork life insurance my policy no.[protected] dated on 22/09/2008. I have deposited this amount by cheque. which number is 972785 which amount isRs.15000.00.Then this amounted is debited on 26-09-08.The company will not be accepted this amount is debeited and this policy will not be issued till now and further any communication me till now. I will go to deposited second premium this company said me your policy would not be issued. I am informed help [protected]@ Maxnewyork life.com then Mrs. Anwari.Tarannum said your bank statement sent to fax her. Then till now they will not informed and solved this case.
