While canvassing me she along with their colleagues repeatedly approched me with computer printout containing number of sheets, all the sheet gave the speculations of exhorbitant benefits in lakhs and some in crores. I took policy from max newyork lifeinsurance and I gave a cheque of 30000 to them, but they didnt provide me any documents regarding that,
Inspite of i gave complaint many times they didnt act up on the issue.
I took policy in 2006
they sent letters to me in 2007 telling i have to pay the premium, but I told them to give original documents then only i will pay premium.

I opened a ULIP in Max Newyork Life Insurance company's Chennai Branch(Aminjikarai) in 31-March-2007 and paid Rs. 5000 in 4 tenures (Mar 2007, Oct 2007, Mar 2008 and Oct 2008, Rs.12500 each). The refund cheque of Rs 75, 000 was made after a major follow up in end September 2008 at my residence. I have a faced a very much bad experience with max NewYork Life Insuarance. I took a plan in which the executive offered me a discount of 10% (INR 4000).
He gave me INR 1000 at the time i took the policy some 5-6 months back. But he has not given me the rest of the money (INR 3000) yet. He is not even picking up my calls now.

They are such a big cheaters....
