[Resolved]  MBLAZE — No proper billing details

I am using Mblaze product of MTS. After looging into the selfcare.mtsindia.in website, i am facing a problem in getting my data usage balance. Also they are not mentioning the Data Usage for the whole month in the Monthly Bill. They are not having dedicated customer care. I asked the customer care for the solution 9-10 times via chatting and calling customer care. but they say they dont have any solution for that. Moreover they talk arrogently and say nobody gets it why do u want........ please look forward for the solution to the consumer......

MBLAZE — very poor speed and bad services

at the time of selling mblaze(mts net connector) they told me speed of net will be 3.2 mbps but now it is not 20% of the speed and on the other side their executive Mr.Girraj ([protected]) is not responsing and giving me fake commitment continously from 12 days please make some strick action

MBLAZE — not getting high speed

please help me am not getting high speed in mts mblaze ...
recharged with 999 after using 10GB the speed is most worse of 25KB/s is this the speed am getting in broadband modem of MTS M BLAZE...
please help me up...
yes mblaze is giving very poor speed as promised...why mts promising such fake and unbottom promises..which we customer can't get full benefiet...
This mts services seems very poor, there website is also not running properly since last 4 days and i am not able to sign in.

MBLAZE — regarding the denial of benefits they promise to provide

sir i had received a call from m blaze customer service no +[protected] stating tat if i recharge my account [protected] with 490 rs i will be benefited worth a data of 6 gb but i have got only 3 gb data i had called them thrice but in vain please i request to help me and other consumers from these fraudsters.

USING-MBLAZE (PREPAID)
I am using MTS post paid no. [protected] for internet connection whch is supposed to permit UNLIMITED USAGE.

Although payments are being made every month within the stipulated due date I am rarely able to connect to my email account through MTS connection although no such problem happens when I am using the locally available internet connection and Airtel Connection.

Necessary rectification may please be carried out.
