[Resolved] MBLAZE — DE-ACTIVATED PREPAID MBLAZE CONNECTION WITHOUT CUSTOMER'S CONSENT | |||
I Sree GOUTAM DUTTA,residing at my parmanent address 33/31,Jyotish Roy Road,Newalipur,Kolkata:700053. I have purchased a prepaid MBLAZE connection NO:[protected] from MTS dealer TECHNOCRAT INFOTECH PVT LTD,23 C.R.AVENUE.KOLKATA.PH:[protected].on[protected] At the time of purchase I have submitted all my documents(KYC) to MTS representative MR.ANKIT [protected]. Today[protected] I have found that my connection is not working properly.Accordingly I called to MTS customer care & talked to customer care executive MR SUBRATA,as per his communication due to non receiving of my KYC documents my line has been deactivated or barred.I requested him to activate the line & send a representative in my residence to collect my KYC documents further.After half n hour I received a message with complain no. may/949, from [protected].But still my line is deactivated & no body has came or communicate for collecting my documents further.
