Another cheating by Meru (Bangalore). I booked a cab on 8th Jan 2011 for 6.50 am from RT Nagar to Airport. The booking was made through internet. The cab came at 7.15 am and reachinjg to the airport Rs.50 extra was added to the actual bill amount. When we called the customer care, the call center people said that they would get back soon. But as usual no response, nothing has been done so far. I am in media field and we know very well that Meru is taking extra Rs.25-50 if the cab booked through call center which is illegal. And now with that they have started cheating the customers by taking extra Rs.50 forcefully in any type of booking. What I have found is that the main notorious people are the Call center executives. As a result the reputation of Bangalore Meru service is deteriorating day by day. I do not think any serious action would be taken to this or I will get my money back. They are running a fraud service and nothing specially when women or aged are there. Was this information helpful? |
