[Resolved] Meru Cabs — Money Refund | |||
I sabyasachi Badajena had traveled from Rajiv Gandhi International airport, Hyderabad to CSI Wesley cementry, trimulghery on 25.07-2021 via meru cab with driver Badri, contact number : [protected]. After reaching at destination my payment Rs 1200 via phonepay couldn't be transferred twice (1200+1200 =2400) with the status showing "under processing". So paid the driver Rs. 1200 in cash. The driver assured to return Rs. 2400/- if transaction got successful. Now I can see the transaction being successful.I called the driver the driver and also WhatsApp screenshot of the transaction today.But till now he has not returned the money. Kindly look into this matter seriously & take necessary steps to resolve the issue at the earliest Was this information helpful? | |||

Being sleep deprived i slept out in the cab when I realised that we have reached the wrong place i told the driver the same.
He dropped me off to gurgaon on additional charge. I would like meru cab to refund the money I paid from Delhi airport to some place in Delhi because they wrote the wrong address on the slip.
