[Resolved] Meru Cabs — Paytm connected meru app - no information advised by meru | |||
I had booked a cab through Paytm as it had an option for Meru cabs listed in its services section.Rs 577 was deducted and paid to Meru for the same however I did not receive any confirmation from both the apps.I called customer care number for meri app and spoke to an agent ghanshyam who was not able to find any details for my booking from neither my phone number nor from the payment details provided by Paytm. When I called Paytm they said that they won't be able to help me with my issue. They said the money has already been sent to the merchant and asked me to contact meru itself when I asked them if they have any contact information for merchant they said it has not been updated at our end. Both the companies are totally denying any assistance towards the same.
